Return and Exchange Policy
1, The Company assumes no responsibility for defects, such as scratches, on antique items like swords sold on the Website.
2, Returns and exchanges initiated by the Customer are limited to cases of defects caused by shipping, except in instances of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
3, Customers must follow these steps to request returns or exchanges:
(1) Contact the Company within 72 hours of receiving the product.
(2) Provide photographs of the product upon receipt showing defects caused by shipping or Company negligence.
(3) Cooperate with procedures required for the Company to claim insurance benefits.
4, Returns and exchanges will be processed after investigations by shipping companies or insurance providers are completed.
The Company will proceed as follows:
(1) If insurance benefits are received:
-Ship replacement products, if available.
-Refund the amount equivalent to the insurance benefits in the currency and exchange rate at the time of receipt if replacements are unavailable.
(2) If insurance benefits are not received:
– Provide refunds limited to the product price at the time of contract formation only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
