How to shop with Samurai Museum Shop

When you find a product or an antique item you are interested in buying, please click ADD TO CART. The chosen item will be added to the CART.
If you would like to check out directly, please click CHECKOUT.
To place an order, please click CHECKOUT. You can access the checkout page from the product page, the cart icon, or the cart page.
When you click the CHECKOUT button, you will be asked to provide your personal information, which is necessary to process your order and deliver the product(s) to you. You can either pay via Stripe (credit card), PayPal, ApplePay, or ChromePay. Please make sure that you read our Terms and Conditions carefully before clicking PLACE ORDER .
You will receive an email from us saying that we received your order. Our personnel will also contact you to confirm your order and inform you of the delivery schedule.
We will provide you with its tracking number after handing it to the shipping carriers (EMS, DHL, or FedEx).
You will receive the product from the shipping carrier. We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions about the shipping update.
*If you like to see what’s in your cart, click the Cart icon on the right side of the header.
*To remove a product from your cart, click on the button “×” on the product’s left side on the cart page.
*To change the number of the product in your cart, please change the quantity of the product. There are some items you can only order one quantity, such as antique Japanese swords.
* Sometimes, we run out of items you ordered. In this case, it might take a week or two for us to make your order ready to be shipped. We will let you know how long it takes for us to restock via email, provided that this situation happens.
*It might take one to two months to receive authentic Japanese swords, replica armors, and sword decoration with its certification. If you like to know the reason, don’t hesitate to contact us.
