Shipping Forwarder
While we use EMS ships an antique Japanese sword to a few countries, we will use a different forwarder for those who live in the UK. We used to ship many antique Japanese swords to the UK via EMS. However, due to the change in the regulations of Parcel Force/Royal Mail a couple of years ago, EMS can no longer accept any edged tools. However, we do business with a private forwarder that can arrange door-to-door delivery to your address in the UK. Their shipping rate is 7-8 times as much as EMS and we will have to charge 350-550 GBP as an additional shipping cost, depending on delivery addresses. If you could accept paying this additional cost, please place an order from the website. We will charge the additional shipping fee before the shipment in that case.
