Return and Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

1, The Company assumes no responsibility for defects, such as scratches, on antique items like swords sold on the Website.<\/p>\n

2, Returns and exchanges initiated by the Customer are limited to cases of defects caused by shipping, except in instances of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.<\/p>\n

3, Customers must follow these steps to request returns or exchanges:<\/p>\n

(1) Contact the Company within 72 hours of receiving the product.<\/p>\n

(2) Provide photographs of the product upon receipt showing defects caused by shipping or Company negligence.<\/p>\n

(3) Cooperate with procedures required for the Company to claim insurance benefits.<\/p>\n

4, Returns and exchanges will be processed after investigations by shipping companies or insurance providers are completed.<\/p>\n

The Company will proceed as follows:<\/p>\n

(1) If insurance benefits are received:<\/p>\n

-Ship replacement products, if available.<\/p>\n

-Refund the amount equivalent to the insurance benefits in the currency and exchange rate at the time of receipt if replacements are unavailable.<\/p>\n

(2) If insurance benefits are not received:<\/p>\n

– Provide refunds limited to the product price at the time of contract formation only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.<\/p>\n
